Cancellation & Refunds

  • Monroe Sunshine Coast does not provide refunds for services or products should the client have a change of mind. Monroe Sunshine Coast will uphold the refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 
  • Monroe Sunshine Coast has an extensive waitlist as a result has a $50 non-refundable booking deposit at the time of booking your appointment. 
  • Monroe Sunshine Coast requires a strict 48hrs cancellation notice. A failure to provide the required 48 hours will result in you as the client forfeiting your $50 deposit. 
  • You as the client will be prompted and informed of these terms and conditions when paying a deposit & pre-purchasing treatments & bookings. 
  • As individuals differ in their response to the treatment and outcome, no financial guarantee can be given. 
  • Treatment fees cannot be refunded in the case of sub-optimal results (Including no results, or complications) as all fees that are paid are related to the service provided. (ie, time, expertise, product cost and other costs incurred.)

Treatments

  • Pre-paid treatments have a 12-month expiry date from date of purchase. 
  • Pre-paid treatments cannot be transferred to other people or in exchange for a gift card or credit.
  • At your first appointment, all clients should have already filled out the appropriate consent forms and understood booking terms and conditions online or on the phone app. We require all clients to answer all questions to the best of their ability and truthfully.

Personal Circumstances

  • You must advise our staff of any changes to your personal details, medical history, or medications prior to any appointment 
  • It is you “The clients”, responsibility, and obligation, to disclose all medical conditions truthfully and at the start time of any appointments before treatment begins. Monroe Sunshine Coast reserves the right to refuse treatment should the client be dishonest and not disclose information that may affect their treatment.
  • Monroe Sunshine Coast is not liable for any non-disclosed or unknown medical conditions
  • Monroe Sunshine Coast is not liable for any side effects which are a result of any non-disclosed or unknown medical conditions 
  • No clinical procedure is entirely risk free. Monroe Sunshine Coast is not liable for any complication arising from your treatment/s
  • Results vary from person to person, due to various internal and external factors, therefore Monroe Sunshine Coast cannot guarantee results

 

Before your appointment

  • You are required to arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment at Monroe Sunshine Coast to fill in any relevant forms. If you are late, we may not be able to provide you with the full treatment time.
  • A complimentary 15-minute consultation will be conducted with your first treatment to check for suitability, discuss your concerns, goals and your medical history. Your medical history must be truthfully disclosed upon online purchasing.

 

 Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, we may not be able to provide you with your full treatment
  • No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, or failure to show to your appointment.

 

 Promotions

These terms and conditions apply to all sales and promotions advertised by Monroe Sunshine Coast in conjunction strictly within the promotional period. 

 Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

  • Promotions only apply to full priced treatments 
  • All sales are non-transferable between clients
  • Packages cannot be split between clients
  • Promotional pricing cannot be applied to existing bookings/payments already made
  • Monroe Sunshine Coast will refuse treatments to any client, where the specialists deem the treatment is unsuitable i.e. pregnant or breastfeeding clients. 

Results & Concerns

Results vary for all individuals, and cannot be guaranteed. It may take 12 weeks to see the final result, depending on the client and the treatment performed. If you are unhappy with your results, or in the event of an adverse reaction, you are required to address this with Monroe Sunshine Coast directly to find a resolution. Here you treatment specialist will assess the area in question. You must provide us with any relevant information truthfully, and to the best of your knowledge. 

Equipment Safety

Monroe Sunshine Coast reserves the right to reschedule your appointment should we feel that our equipment is unsafe or not working properly to protect the safety of our clients. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Limitation of liability

Monroe Sunshine Coast will not be liable in contract, or otherwise for any economical loss or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with any services provided.

Monroe Sunshine Coast is not liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the patient’s failure to disclose any relevant medical details prior to each treatment. 

Changes to terms and conditions

Monroe Sunshine Coast reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

Social Media Consent

At your first appointment and during your subsequent appointments with Monroe Sunshine Coast we will be taking photos to monitor your results. Monroe Sunshine Coast will be using your images for promotional and social media use. If you agree, you grant Monroe Sunshine Coast the right in perpetuity, to use your images & photographs, audio tapes, or other media in promotional advertising and clinic exposure.
